SHIPPING CHARGES: Minimum shipping & handling charge is $5.95. For continental U.S. destinations including APOs & FPOs, please add 15% for orders totaling $100.00 or less; add 10% for orders in excess of $100.00. Overseas shipments are subject to actual U.S.P.O. rates. Your order may qualify for free delivery if the destination is in the greater northwest Houston area. $40.00 minimum order required. Should you choose to pick your order up in our store, there would not be a delivery charge.

RETURNS: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from us. A restocking fee may apply. When requesting authorization to make a return, please include billing invoice number. Materials being returned must be in saleable condition & should be insured since you are responsible for all materials invoiced.

ACCOUNT APPLICATION: Print out our account application, fill it out & then fax or mail it to us. We will call you as soon as your account is set up so you can receive great discounts and specials. APPLICATION , 3 PAGES TOTAL.
